Cara is an energetic and excitable physiotherapist who loves working with children to give them the skills and opportunities to be their very best. Her passion for this is what led her to study physiotherapy at university.
Since completing her Bachelor of Physiotherapy, Cara has spent time working at the Prince of Wales hospital across a number of different areas. She is skilled at cardiopulmonary and musculoskeletal management of her patients.
As part of her university degree, Cara worked in Vietnam at a children’s outreach clinic and at the Sydney Children’s Hospital at Randwick.
She has also been a member of a multidisciplinary team at the 2013 Special Olympics Asia Pacific Games, worked on a physiotherapy outreach program in western NSW and has done physiotherapy outreach work in the Nepali Himalayas.
Before physiotherapy, Cara worked as a swimming instructor and primary and high school tutor.
